I ordered & paid the server yesterday.

I thought Volt-Host has instant setup, but it looks like they don't. My server is still on pending mode, also you've seen in the image, next payment: 9\4\2014, 1 day went with my server offline.

I sent a ticket, but nothing happened yet, it's still on pending mode.

Someone who has host from here, help me please.

why are there still people going with volt-host?
Volt-host died when serverminds acquired it.

They are doing the same thing they done to qoozio[a vps provider].
They simply stop replying to ticket, avoid talking to clients, and try simply to get the biggest amount of money they can.

You're right.. I'll go only this month with Volt-Host.

Can you recommend me some good host and not very expensive? I'm just going for a clan training server with 20 slots.

Since we are not allowed to advertise hosting companies, or any kind of websites, i think the best you can do is checking this link, and select one.

But this time, put volt-host apart.

Yeah, Lazy staff had been appointed in volt-host, Avoiding support, Not answering mails, No converstation or anything.

When it comes as buying a server they do reply, Which clearly means there aim is to earn money and keeping satisfaction of customers apart.

To author of this thread:- If you paid via paypal, I suggest you to file a dispute about your transaction.
