samp-server.exe is closing automatically by itself when i start the game since i updated the files to 0.3z. what's the problem ?

Check your server logs. If you still don't have any idea, use CrashDetect plugin.

guys i loaded grandlarc(defualt) and it works, so maybe some of plugins is not working, i think it's YINI login system
