Hello, I downloaded this filterscript https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=117851
And then i compile it I get these errors:

error 021: symbol already defined: "StripNewLine"
error 021: symbol already defined: "fcopytextfile"
error 021: symbol already defined: "HexToInt" 


Can anyone tell me how to fix it ?
