when i nstalled iPLEOMAX's TextDraw Editor and run server and add my ip and then connect to game and give to server /itd and then it gave me error

[16:45:56] iTD: (Error) samp-server.exe is not running in this computer! Make sure the server is at localhost, not remote.

There's a FAQ at the FS thread which tells you how to solve this.
