we are playing on a Server(hosted) but then it starts crashing in-game always after logging in

Try to search for this error. You'll get to topics where it's already solved.
Else try to reinstall gta and sa-mp.

The crashing cause is either under OnPlayerLogin (or whichever you call it on your server).
Or a function which is running for logged in players only.
