when i try to connect to the server i keep getting the message that the server isn't responding. You know when the server is offline that message "Server not responding, blabla".

Hope someone of you can help me out,
I'm from The Netherlands if that could help.

Everything looks fine my ping etc but when i connect i get that shit :$

Does it happen for one specific server, or for all servers? This is worth checking out. If it happens on only one server, contact the owner of that server: it's probably their firewall doing something wrong.

If it happens for every server, it's likely to be your firewall. Try turning off any anti virus that you currently run to check if the problem still occurs. If turning off the anti virus helps, then you might want to post here again with the name of the anti virus, so we can find out how to make add an exception for the game.
