Restart your router turn it off and then on again keep it off for At least 10 seconds.
If that does not help try reset router you should know how.

Will not solve the friends that I have made to test are neither nearby, one is the other side of Brazil. Most servers that carry or are Brazilians.

i had the same issue last week then the forums went down as well just wait for abit should be back on.

What usually works for me is click the Hosted first, wait for it to load, then click Internet.

I dont know if this is similar to my problem.My problem is that Hosted and Internet tabs are empty for me,nothing shows in there,only my favourites work.Also I cant access SAMP website.It just starts to load,but doesnt open it,and after some time it says Connection Timeout.
