Well, as you might know, announce.exe connects your server to the masterlist at server.sa-mp.com. This .exe file is prompted whenever it's needed, therefore there might be a problem between your VPS and the SA:MP masterlist.

Unmark that "Always ask before opening this file". Hope it works

Tick that box that says "Always ask before running" or whatever - it's going to run automatically, it's not going to prompt you anything.
Did you buy the VPS, or is it at your own computer? If you bought it, contact the support center. If it's your own VPS, run announce.exe - it'll then close automatically. Go to Firewall and prevent it from running (basically, refuse permissions). If that doesn't work, let me know.

Hey, heh... " PrinceOfPersia " Why don't you leave some skype messages to me about this issue? i've noticed there is a few problems you have posted here before asking me, You know i'm happy to help you when you need help some how with the VPS... the VPS i gave you before ;p ... What i mean about leaving messages to me first, it's because so you don't have to show these nooby stuffs online worldwide.
And yes it should work to uncheck " always ask " on that little warning window, If not, contact me on Skype and i will be happy to help you.
