And what if they decide not to play on your server? That form of payment wouldn't really be worth it.

Yeah sure if they are pro and won't play on the server they will get payed if it's a very good website

As I am a webdesigner I could help you, but as DJ_Shocker said, it will cost you something. There is no one that would do it for free..
