Has any one come across this?

Hey guys,
I was starting up a script I had recently edited, and when I started it. It came up with this error: sscanf error: System not initialised.
Anyone know what it means?
Thanks!

It's either you have the wrong plugin verison that is linked to your include or that you scripted a command wrongly. Re-download the sscanf package and drag the .inc and .dll or .so into the plugin directory and try again.
