JK: Its not possible, without modding. You can create random maps and post them to forums. That way you'll practice. Do realistic maps

It's actually posible. Just make a mountain in the air and add NPCs circling around them with the 'deer' attached object.

I'd like a pointless area with mis-matched and out of place items scattered around the ground seemingly at random and a small interior space with outdoor objects in it and no room for the camera to move around properly inside it.
