Hello, can I upload Images to my server?
Example:
If player enter to vehicle i want that whot this image on him screen:


That is possible? If yes, then how?

Its not posible to upload images to your server.
You can also try to create something with textdraws.

If that HUDexist on GTA SA Folder\Models\TXD\Name.txd you can use
