What does the Reputation Gray dot stands for?
There are Green and gray now. because they removed -rep.

It won't turn into green automatically as soon as someone receives 50 posts, i.e. if the player gave a rep when he had 40 posts, it's grey, but as soon as they get 50 posts, that same rep will turn into green, that won't happen. But any rep given after the sender of the rep has more than 50 posts and at least 1 reputation will be green and counted as +1 rep. If it's grey, then it is counted as 0 reputation points added. They've always been green, grey and red, but now it's just green and grey.

Yeah, you need at least 50 posts to be able to get reps
