1.how can i make server without buying a host
. i already port forward but not working.
2.Do we need to buy a host to make a server?
3.How do we make server with no-ip?
4.What is the popular gamemode about roleplays?

What do you meant in answer 3? i cannot host a server with (no-ip) ?

A SA:MP server uses UDP, which automatically uses the IP protocol. Alternatively you can use a domain name to return your SA:MP server's IP and port.
