Here is my net speed stats:

my friend tell me that my ping should be like near 200 with this But I still getting ping like 400-500.

I tried re-install gta, samp, clean all the backgrounds and only run samp, pc requirments is fine, still didnt fix.

Happened in all servers.

Well it depends on the location of the server... and sometimes in your internet

Depends on how far the server is from you basically, you may lag more on servers that are far, less on ones that are close to your country.

If that's not the case, then I suggest you contact your internet provider.

The larger the distance between the server and your location, the higher ping you will get.

Basically that^ You can be sure by checking your ping on different servers.
