Alright so there are spawned vehicles in the server, right?
Every a while they just, respawn themselves for no reason.
I CTRL+F'ed a SetVehicleToRespawn, found some results and none are related..
Any ideas?

Vehicles are created by CreateVehicle re-spawn every n seconds (depending on respawn_delay parameter). You can set the respawn delay to -1 (I think it makes the vehicles not to respawn) or a higher number instead.
