What's wrong with the Brazilian servers?

I've been searching for information about a bug that is already happening for days.

Servers when loaded on the option (Internet) are getting fixed in the first place (1st Set) search option on server (internet).

With servers do not have this problem chanses growing in sa-mp.

Previously before the bug occurs servers appeared randomly placed in the first well giving chanse for everyone.
