I know two good web hosting for SMF:

Free: 000WebHost
Paid:HostGator (Use coupon "GANGLANDRP" to get 25% OFF)

Both have really good uptime and I host most of my websites on either.

I have a free 000webhost domain which I am using currently. But I cannot access the package manager in that to add/install/browse/download packages. And I really don't believe 000webhost now, because I'm not sure if this is the same situation on 000webhost with paid.

PS. Thank you iJumbo. I'll check it out. And I believe it's fulltime up with no host issues and cheap, as I can afford till 5-8$ a month, can we add SMF into it?

Try 000Webhost and .tk domains, it's not as fancy as .com etc, but it's better then like www.name.freeforums.co.fr or something.
