There's a hidden thing under the finger of IG-Host. I've been working there for a week and they shut down, getting down all the services that were bought with it. The owners are not the ones that are supposed to be shown in the picture but are only 2 kids that want to raise a company. It's 15 and 16 years old. I got suspended for non activity, in the meanwhile there never were tickets.
I would support IG-Host if they would always be so good, but from the moment that I found their black-side I just gave up.
After turning off the IG-Host site one of owners was trying to create another web-site and from this I got information that all those servers, all the money spent on those servers goes FULLY* to the owners. They had 45$ to be spent away from the company. It was not something to wonder how it would shut-down, but since their promises were to big to be kept, the expenses were too little for much earning.
The so called strong servers hosted there were just servers hosted on a 15$ VPS. There was not even a SSL or web-site licence there. It didn't took me long to get all those out, but found them from the moment that the owner told me its self. It was sure that the server would not live long. The DDoS protection didn't even exist as word.. but yes, would 150$ get spent for a one week company!?!?! No, sure no.
They're using a poor control panel for the game that will only provide the basic functions of upload, ftp acc and so, but not what was really needed like location changer, hibernator and so.
The so called 'cheap prices' doesen't exist because they are simply something done from GameCP its self. They don't have HTTP knowledge and don't know how to edit a cr*p. The homepage is something from the internet, a simply template downloaded and ready from internet. As you can see IG-Host is off again, and with it all the other services bought.
The main question;
What was all this company created for?
Simply answer;
- Not like all the other companies do, they wanted all the money as a win of their. Not spend other cash on something to upgrade the company, but use the cash for their own uses.
More then 100 services have been shut-down with the 3-4-5 down-times that have happen to the site. More then 200$ have been stolen from people who just wanted to get a server.
From the moment that they are off again this doesen't mean their story is off. They're going to turn on again with same name as soon as they doesen't read this or other as soon as they do so.
A idea for their second company name is something like "Future Gaming Hosting" or "Future Hosting".
Their web-site was off and I bet it's the second one for sure. http://fg-hosting.net
See cached and you will see same template but only som echanged pictures, tabs and those small things, that can be changed from a kid of 3 years old.
The main reason that I have created this topic is for people to stop wasting money on companies that are not known . There's a list of all trusted hostings of SA:MP and you choose a company that is not even used from it's owners? Stop wasting your money around when you can use at least 25% of that 1$ that you spend on server for a donation to save a hungry life. I'm not saying to stop wasting money, but stop wasting it in useless places.
