I've made a new server,,

But i don't understand how to make commands and how to make my own gamemode

I need a proffesional server's owner ,, To teach me how to make the commands and making my own gamemode

My server's gamemode is Grand Larceny

I want to make a gamemode as cops and robbers OR Dming,racing,stunting server
