I am new into this i am trying to become a known scripter but first for me to do that is i gotta learn it correct?
so can you guys help me out with some links that are helpful other than sa-mp wiki which can get me more advanced into it really would appreciate it thanks

Try downloadin scripts from samp forums then open it understand it if you understan it then ok if not then ****** that line
If you know any othe programming lang then it would be easy

No. The majority of scripts found here suck ass. Its better to look at the plugins and includes boards to see which plugins and includes are the best to use.

I suggest to download a gamemode and start modifying it!
And read some tutorails & learn how to work with saving systems
