"The server is restarting" and "Lost connection to the server"
#1

This is the message when I try to connect to NG-RP. NG-RP is the ONLY server out of the 10 SA-MP servers I play on which I cant connect to.
Things I've done:
1.Put gta_sa.exe and sa-mp on firewall
2.Portfowarding the 7777 port
3. Reinstalling SA-MP and GTA SA TWICE. (Please don't post something stupid like "oh uz has duh wrawng v3rsion!", because the server is 0.3e and my client is 0.3e)
4. I also factory reset my computer. I knew this wouldn't do anything to fix it, but I was desperate and it was a last attempt.

Also, I sometimes get the "You are banned from this server" bug too. I've made a ban appeal to this server and they say they found no logs or traces of my IP, because I've never played on this server before. Is there anyone else having the same problem with the same server? I just need suggestions on how to fix this stupid problem because I don't feel like waiting for a new SA-MP update just to play on a server, because I think its 0.3e that gives me these problems.

This is a recent bug SA-MP has been experiencing for months. The best thing to do which I, myself has done, is to unplug everything from your modem/router, then re-install it again, or check the version, to see if it's the exact correct version what you have.

Good luck.

So basically you mean to factory reset my modem and router? Or do you mean to unplug everything from my modem/router, wait for a few minutes, plug it back in and reinstall GTA and SA-MP?

He means, Unplug everything back of your computer, and re-instal SAMP or Gta san andreas.

Good luck.

Are you sure that you are connecting when it is open? I heard NG:RP gets DDOS'ed quite a bit.
