Hello,im beginner and i don't know how to convert 0.3e to 0.3x can someone explain me?
i searched topic but i can't found how to convert it

You don't need to convert anything, take the includes from 0.3x and compile it.

As this being said, just recompile your script and place the new [0.3x] (announce.exe/samp-npc.exe/samp-server.exe) inside the folder.
