Can you show us your includes? Some includes may require a plugin, like sscanf, or streamer, and you'll get this error when you don't load them (or not load them correctly).

Try downloading this "https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=249226" and put it in your plugins folder and at "nativechecker" to plugins in server.cfg, start the server and it should say what is the problem, most of the time something is outdate.
