It's telling you what it needs - .NET framework 4.0.whatever - why don't you just ****** it..?

As aforementioned, you're missing the required .NET framework. This can easily be fixed by downloading and installing the latest version or the version your PC's asking for. Back in the time when I was using XP, I installed .NET frame 3.5 which worked like a charm, and I never had any problems with it so I suggest you install 3.5 too because you use Windows XP but the newer versions might work too, I'm not fully sure.

I gave you a URL that functions with NetFrame for XP. Did you not even bother to download it?
