No it isnt a downloadable include, it just shows text -.-

open notepad, put text, click save as, then choose the all format or w/e, then save it as "CleaverBot.inc" or w/e

try opening an unwanted include file, paste it there and rename it

includes in samp aren't setupable like in counter, it just can run with pawno and u can script with it
