I've got a problem...

[In case ya wonder i bought this game and installed it through a cd i didnt download it just to make ya sure and it's not modded at all!]

Allright my problem is that, when i enter a car i get a hugeee hugeeeeeeeee.. fps lag due the radio.
My fps drops to like 5, and i die so fast when i try to escape etc..

And suggestions on how to fix this?

Can you hear the radio after the intense lag?
I had a similiar problem way back, my radio stations weren't installed correctly (something wrong with the installation) and everytime i entered a vehicle i would get intense lag for 5 seconds or so, and after that everything's fine, just no sound coming from the radio.
Reinstalling fixed it for me.
