Hi,
I have about 40 players in my server, but some players say they see my server offline, but other's servers they see online, how it possible?

Maybe a f*cking high ping for that players ?

i had this issue before you see the server ip address and stuff you cannot connect to the server.

Firewall is blocking them.

Yes as "BigTimeRush" Said; I had this problem too, I contact support of VPS and they solved this issue within seconds.
