Im getting these errors when im starting my script, can someone please help me? Ive never seen these errors before

Okay so I managed to recompile with the latest include files and it gives me these warnings

use Nativechecker plugin for the problem.Download it from this forum.Copy and paste it in ur plugins folder.And in server.cfg add it at last of plugins line or it will not work.And then run the server.Copy the last server_log and paste it here.

Well we're using that plugin and its in the cfg and thats the warnings we got
