I seem to keep disconnecting from my server, this is the steps i took in which everything is normal.

Ok now here is the part i have trouble with. For some reason when i host this i auto disconnect and i don't know why, it also happened on another roleplay server i tried to host. The script works and doesn't time out if i use 127.0.0.1 to connect but not my external IP it will time out, it could be the script which i doubt or it could be my sql or something i'm not sure please post your opinion, Thanks.

How can the server be switched off and the script is brand new just released and has been working fine for many people.
