You are missing a plugin most likely. Are you sure you have all the needed plugins?

Are you using 0.3d Server?
if not update the sscanf plugin

Update to 0.3x if possible, and download the newest versions of all your plugins!

Very easy solution:

Update your sscanf.inc, streamer.inc, and audio.inc, re-compile your script, get the newest plugins.

Then, start server again.
