For those who use the servers provided by, Hostspree and are curious about server downtime.
This will explain it -

This happened to me a few years ago. They werent 'hacked' per se, I suspect its just the landing page that was replaced due to erroneous file permissions. Thats why I was 'hacked'...even tho I wasnt really hacked.
I could be wrong though.

Overall, we have fixed this issue, the host and us at hostspree are working on finding out who did this. Our site has been restored, no data has been retrieved as it was just the index.php files replaced with that message. They weren't able to access any files, not even the gameservers, VPS machines, teamspeak, web hosting services, and so on..
(It's funny though the instant the site goes down we find JUST A FEW people posting right away as if they were trying to make us look bad)
