Is it necessary to get 5 reputations before posting a server ad? I have seen most of the users don't have 5 Reputations on them. Please answer my question.

Read the sticky topic and find out. The only way anyone ELSE would know, is by reading the sticky topic; so why not do it yourself and cut out the middleman, saving yourself the wait?

I have already read it but when i checked the Server Ads. Some of the users have -5 reputations and some have 2 or 3. That's why i was asking. Anymore help?

They probably received negative rep some time after posting the ad or gaining the ability to post ads.

You only need to get +5 rep one time and you can post ads forever, even if you lose all reputation.
