Hello there!

I'm looking for a game-monitor-like script but only for SA:MP servers, something simple with the ability to add servers to the list.

Another example: http://gta.jucatori.net/diverse/c-servers.html

Has anybody got a script like this? Or can someone recommend me one?

That's the easy part actually. The hard part is getting all the server IPs from the masterlist.

Getting all the server IPs is very easy but I don't think you are allowed to query the master server with something else than the SA-MP client.
