"sscanf" is not located in your plugin folder, you included it in your server.cfg but when you are about to run it can't find such file or directory, in this case you are missing the plugin?

Justin, just make sure that "sscanf.so" is available inside your "plugins" folder, after making sure of that, make sure that in server.cfg, "plugins" line should be like this:

All this stuff is exactly the same. But i have rebooted my dedicated server again and some old stuff deleted. and it seems to be fixed now Thank you guys for helping.
