only thing im aware of is the plugins change them from .dll to .so, you will need to download them

Extract SA-MP Linux Server on your host,and paste gamemodes/filterscripts/etc,just use plugins with .so extension instead of .dll plugins.

Iinux only operates with plugins with .so : so the the linux version of your plugins and make sure you change it in the config to like whirlpool.so instead of whirlpool.dll
