Ok , so i am running a gamemode its just 1 mb (amx) the problem is its LAGGING alot , i ran more bigger scripts then this but they didnt lag , so i thought that if this problem is if i am not running a plugin.. server is running with lag can this be problem that i am not running a particular plugin which is causing lag?

Please help.

Badly optimized script is the only reason here .
Make sure the coding of your script don't eat up lot of ram and memory .(Not in a sense of space I.e 1MB)
