Heey all,

I allways been a fan of CnR but i want to step into the world of Roleplay.
So i will change my server into a roleplay server.
In this thread i am asking for all your Roleplay Knowledge like OOC , IC etc.

Don't ask on SA-MP forums, it aint a Roleplay Wiki, go play some and ask people to teach you, read the guides the servers have on the forum, if you are too lazy to do that, you can burn the wishlist.

That's why he is asking. How else do you expect people to learn?

My advice to you Admigo is to read a few guides on the basics, visit other RP servers and gain some good knowledge first.

The main components in most RP servers that you may need to know or at least be aware of include but are not limited to:

- Powergaming
- Metagaming
- In Character
- Out Of Character
- Revenge Killing
- Blade/Car Killing
- Character Killing
- /me actions, /do actions (learn the difference)
- Bunnyhopping
- Role-Playing Fear

Some of these are aspects. Some are rules. All of them should help you to learn about the Game-Type.

Good luck but I advise you to join a roleplay server first and learn about the rules and what roleplay is.

Sorry lad but there's no point to start a RP server when you've no such experience. First of all, you not having RP experience is one, second even if you learn what metagaming is and all that, it's not enough assuming you plan to start a server already, you gotta roleplay for a while to get the feel of it. Then the server will probably be empty most of the times without a community so basically join an already ongoing role play server. I'd suggest serious RP servers, I would name one but I won't.

Yes I know, but he has never RP'ed by the looks of it, and it's not something you can't get the hang of in 5 seconds. It takes time to develop good techniques to roleplay.
