Call of Duty Ghosts
#1

Okay guys... I just heard about this.

Quote:

Call of Duty: Ghosts emerges from the darkness thanks to Target and UK retailer Tesco, with the former advertising a release date of November 5. Meanwhile, a Tesco listing notes a release date of December 30 - early November is the traditional Call of Duty ETA. The box art posted on Tesco which features Infinity Ward's logo.

We know (as if we didn't before) that Activision has another edition of its shooter series slated for this year. "The Call of Duty franchise continues to set the bar for innovation," company CFO Dennis Durkin said during Activision's February earnings call, "And we expect the new Call of Duty game in development for 2013 to raise that bar even higher."

The box art and game release date was leaked on Tesco and Target's web site.

This was also found in some flyer:

Yeah, I was quite disappointed when MW3 was almost exactly the same as MW2. I mean literally even the reload animations were recycled from the last one. If MW3 actually had some decent sized maps you could snipe in I could forgive it, but those MP maps were extremely small. It's almost as if they were encouraging people to do retarded stuff with the snipers like quick-scoping.

I wouldn't expect it to be on a new engine until they start developing for the PS4/Xbox 720. They still need to make them game work well for the outdated/limited 8 year old hardware that the PS3/Xbox 360 has...
