It's a low - low mid PC, drive is ok, along with monitor but the rest of it while sufficient to play samp won't get you close to running next gen games at medium graphics settings

I would NOT consider it a low-end PC. The CPU is decent, but the graphics is lacking.

This is when I'm going to ask for internal help, what's wrong with the Graphic's and what would you recommend?

I would, it's an AMD 4 core, not even their 8 cores can comptete with a i5 3570k

Well, frankly, the GPU is shit, it isnt much better than intel HD graphics 4000, and its worse than the new intel integrated graphics found om 4th gen processore. Im not sure exactly which gt 610 you have, but that is the cheapest card in all of their lineup.

I highly support with that statement, even I would want a i5 and or i7. I've never been a fan of AMD. I'm not that good of a professional when it comes to selective types, but even I know Intel is better than AMD.
