Not sure if many people would do this. you best bet is to save some cash for a host.

Get a VPS, which will give you more value for your money, instead of going with one of the SA:MP hosting companies. If one customer gets attacked, all of them go down.

The best way for you is this :
Search about it in ******/bing with your real language ( like : -buy a vps- translate this to your language and search about it)
This better for you to get a vps from your city/country
