Is there a way to connect to a server trough an external programm without opening samp.exe?
I am more or less talking about samp.dll. What functions does it hold?

I think not. Because the sa-mp.exe is the Source File. The sa-mp.exe is that Program which gives you authorization to play in San Andreas Multiplayer Servers.
