wanted to ask whether there is a solution to these issues of the vehicles you see on the minimap to make somehow invisible or somehow cover? I had to hide very well because 2 fraction.

I guess you mean the small grey vehicle blips (rectangles/triangles)?

If so it's not possible to remove the vehicle's blips on the radar especially. You can cover the map with a GangZone (not 100% sure if it will cover the blips too) OR with a TextDraw, which will cover the whole minimap though.
