NPC keeps reconnecting?

Ok, my NPC has never done this before but all of a sudden I'm getting this

It usually worked normally, but now all of a sudden it keeps reconnecting and leaving

I had an auto-reconnecting line for NCP's onPlAYERDISCONNECT but why is the NPC leaving with reason 0?...
