15 seconds? it took ages to load, I thought it was Completely Legitimate And Legal Peer To Peer Downloading causing this for me, but everything else was working well, good that it's over now

It gets slow during peak times, also when they back it up at 7 PM EST. I remember when I lived in the states it got slow around then and I knew they backed it up.
