Hey Guys!

I have a little problem with the new 0.3x ... So in 0.3e i could edit the car color RGBs for myself in rockstar games/san andreas/data/carcols.dat ... now in this new version it just doesn't work. I want to edit some colors because I'm using a HD vehicle mod for some cars and i want to modify some colors but only FOR MYSELF in the samp.. it used to be possible with carcols.dat in the older versions but in this new version..it just sucks.. can somebody help me?

Great.... then is there a kind of program wich can edit the car what I replaced? For example if i modded a Hermes ot a HD hermes, can I edit the HD hermes to correct the colors of it or something?

You shouldn't really use mods with SA:MP anyway, and since 0.3x you can't change any carcols.dat data.

There are MANY colours to choose from (256). Surely one is close enough to what you want?

Well, it depends which server it is. Don't they have an option to set your vehicle colour?

I'm using a HD mod for my Hermes on the RP server...and my Hermes is colorID 24 (grey..) but the HD mod makes it almost black... I used to change the id 24 grey's RGB code to white so I got a light grey tone from it.. but now as 0.3x came out i cant modify this color. My problem is: I WANT TO USE THE HD MOD, but I also want my car to be grey...

can't have both. Choices, make some.

Change the colour to white IN-GAME then. Modshops or script.
