Do you have all the server files? have you compiled the script correctly? do you have ALL the plugins needed for this script?

There seem to be a problem, Your audio + Streamer plugins failed, make sure its the right one you are using.
I highlighted and underlined the failed plugins.

Yo you are getting that error because you need to have your .PWN file of whatever gamemode it is that you are using and compile it whilst it is inside your server folder using the PAWNO from your PAWNO folder in your servers folder.

make sure you using the plugins that are needed also as well for this Unable to load filterscript 'Neonsystem.amx'. recomplie it also make sure your plugins are up to date
