i recently installed the samp 0.3x and when i open it. it will freeze in 5 seconds and crash and then i try to end the exes in task manager but i cant what is wrong with this because 0.3e worked just fine D:

and i installed gta sa again and samp 0.3x like 20 times and still it crashes all the time
