I need help in starting a Server but i dont know how becouse i've never done it before looking for someone who want's to Run Server with me and Script for it Free if possible

Research. If you want to start a successful server, you need to do your research and learn how to do it yourself. There is many guides on the forum. Don't get other people to script for you - It's YOUR server, not theirs.
