i've follow all the step that shown in all tutorial . but , it still doesn't working i'm using D-LINK Router . WIFI Connection . please help me . if can , show me how to make it using NO-IP.COM . thanks .

Make sure that your announce is "1" not "0" in your "server.cfg" file.
Add a new host in your no-ip account.
